Refund policy
All of our products are made-to-order, meaning they are custom printed just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color choice.
We only offer refunds or replacements if:
• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• The product received is not what you ordered (wrong design/size/item).
How to request a refund or replacement:
1. Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3.Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund.
Exceptions:
• We do not accept returns or refunds for orders that were placed incorrectly by the customer (e.g.,wrong size, color, or address).
• Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
